Not been updating. I know. On Wednesday the JAE result was up and at 6.30AM I lay in bed weak after the message came. It says, "MOE: [My full name], we regret to inform you that your 2011 JAE submission is not successful"
In other words, this means that I don't have a school to go and I don't have a course to study. Also in other words, I've got to appeal. Logged in to the appeal website and it looks like MOE really wants me to be in RP as the choices left for me is all in RP. And so yeah, now I'm waiting for the appeal results. If RP doesn't take me in. I've got other plans up my sleeves. I don't mind. This is just a slight fall. I'm still staying positive even though i cried in bed from 6.30AM to 7.00AM on Wednesday.

On the same day, i went for an interview over at GIANT, IMM with Syafiq, Muein, Kamil, Qamarul and Hilmi. So on Thursday we turned up for work. Kamil, Hilmi, Qamarul and myself were doing packaging at the cashier counter. The cashier i helped out was nice. An RP student. Yeah! So she's my soon-to-be senior! Hah! The counter next to ours, the cashier was a Chinese boy i guess he's 18-23 years old. A cute one WHO SPEAKS MALAY! Ah yes! Cool. Hilmi helped him out and being Hilmi, he found out that this guy takes N-Level Malay Language. Nice! So my working hours was from 12PM-9PM. 9 hours of standing and my body ache like mad. Carrying more than one detergent, more than one carton of drinks, more than one packet of 10KG rice for the whole day is a serious no joke. But i do learn a few things while working.

1) Most Singaporeans are very forgetful
Reason: A few customers of mine forgot to bring home some of the things the bought even though it was already paid.
Lesson: Always check that you bring home everything before you move off from the counter

2) When it is a festive season in Singapore, not only the race celebrating it is having a feast but other races too.
Reason: Malay, Indians and other races are buying all the wet ingredients for BBQ-ing and steamboat

3) When everyone else ignores about "Bring-Your-Own-Bag" scheme, there are a few Good Singaporeans who abide by that scheme.
Reason: I have from what i remember about 5-7 customers bringing their own bags for packaging which is quite amazing to know that there are Singaporeans who cares.

4) Singaporeans have basic courtesy
Reason: Most Singaporean customers have the basic courtesy to say "Thank You" after they are being served by us. Even though they did not smile, a "Thank You" counts a lot.

I assume that is all I've learned after working at GIANT, IMM for a day. JUST A DAY. Yes, I've QUIT! The reason is because i have a thoughtless manager. Why?

Me& The Rest: *Figuring which button to press to punch card*
Manager: Why all of you want go home? You can not anyhow go home. Next time go home must tell me. You all can not go home together!
Me: I can't come on Saturday as i have religious class.
Manager: Why? You must come after your class then. We opening 24 hours on Saturday so you must come and work. Can not don't come.
Me & The rest : *Punch card, Rolls eye* Oh freak!

And so all of us decided to go missing yesterday as well as today and the rest of our life. I HOPE. Now I'm slacking at home and trying to remove the aching. As well as waiting for my interview over at Night Safari. I would rather walk around compared to standing in one position for nine hours.

Today I'm having my religious class. So yeah. At 4PM. Oh one more thing! ZK was being very nice. When i logged into Facebook yesterday, i saw my Inbox message going red. So i clicked to see what other spam messages there are in my inbox. To my surprise it was not a spam message. It was a message that was directed to me from ZK! Surprising much. Yeah. It surprise the hell out of me. He doesn't really care but for once he is. He asked about my JAE and advice me on my appeal. It's nice when he's nice. So yes. Thank You for caring ZK.
